Help shape requirements, mobilise and manage workstreams, develop operating models and turn plans into practical implementation activity.
Work with business stakeholders to structure change and move initiatives from definition through implementation.
What you’ll do
- Gather, analyse and document requirements across transformation initiatives.
- Translate requirements into deliverable workstreams, activities and implementation plans.
- Support operating-model and future-ways-of-working design.
- Mobilise workstreams by setting scope, activities, milestones and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate delivery, track progress and resolve issues and dependencies.
- Support implementation planning and readiness, and maintain project controls, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Provide progress updates and insight to Project Managers and senior stakeholders.
Experience and skills
- Around five or more years working in project, change or transformation environments.
- Strong requirements-gathering and requirements-writing experience.
- Experience supporting or delivering operating-model or future-state design.
- Strong implementation-planning and delivery experience, including mobilising and managing workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management and confidence working across multiple business areas.
- Good understanding of project delivery, risks, dependencies, milestones and governance.
- Comfortable managing multiple change initiatives concurrently.
- Project planning tool experience is beneficial but not essential.
Engagement model
- The client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella engagement model.
