Role overview
Oversee civil works, maintenance, and upgrades at a facility in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate multiple civil and maintenance subcontractors on site.
- Liaise with TAQA, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and other government authorities to secure permits and approvals and ensure compliance.
- Review engineering drawings, propose minor structural modifications, and plan layouts using basic design skills.
- Oversee facility inspections, identify structural or civil maintenance needs, and manage execution.
- Ensure works comply with Abu Dhabi health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least three years of civil engineering experience strictly within Abu Dhabi.
- Demonstrated experience dealing directly with TAQA and other local authorities.
- Strong subcontractor management and basic design proficiency using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
