Role overview

Technology consulting and solution delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization across ATS, CRM, VMS, and talent technology platforms.
• Run discovery and stakeholder workshops to gather business and technical requirements; translate needs into scalable solutions and functional designs.
• Configure systems, support integrations, manage testing, and oversee go-live activities.
• Drive solution design, process optimization, and implementation best practices.

Project and program management

• Manage workstreams, project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Develop sprint plans, testing strategies, cutover plans, training programs, and deployment schedules.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and deliver against scope and timelines; support governance, reporting, change management, and continuous improvement.

Client and team leadership

• Advise clients and senior stakeholders with recommendations, risk mitigation, implementation roadmaps, and platform expertise.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners; align stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Coach and develop consultants, analysts, and project team members; lead knowledge transfer, system enablement, and user adoption.
• Support capability building, hiring, onboarding, continuous learning, and a collaborative delivery culture.

Platform expertise

• Maintain knowledge of talent acquisition and workforce technology platforms, vendor roadmaps, emerging technologies, market trends, and industry practices.
• Support platform optimization and future-state technology strategies.

Must-have experience and skills

• Experience in functional consulting, technology consulting, or talent technology implementation, including end-to-end projects from discovery through post-production support.
• Client-side and consulting experience managing business and technical stakeholders; gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate needs into functional solutions.
• Hands-on solution design, system configuration, UAT and testing, deployment and go-live, change management, training, and adoption experience.
• Project management across medium- to large-scale transformation programs and multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, consulting, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading project resources.

Preferred skills

• Experience with one or more of Avature, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone, Talent Link, Phenom, Paradox, Greenhouse, or Eightfold AI.
• Talent technology transformation or optimization, ATS/CRM/VMS integrations, Agile/Scrum/project management methodologies, or project management certifications are preferred.
