Responsibilities
- Review financial reports and monitor project pipelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business development and risk management.
- Set high-level policies, approve key investments, and ensure alignment with holding-company standards and regional regulations.
- Guide resource allocation, stakeholder relationships, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Maintain transparency and project integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong background in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure project delivery, including oversight of large-scale projects.
- Strategic planning, corporate governance, organizational leadership, financial acumen, budgeting, investment evaluation, and performance-monitoring skills.
- Experience managing relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and internal leadership teams.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, regional market dynamics, and risk-management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent executive experience is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with commitment to ethical and transparent operations.
