Role overview

Programme leadership and transformation

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data transformation programmes; manage roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Establish programme governance, steering committees, and reporting; deliver on time while maintaining quality, governance, and compliance.
• Drive enterprise data platform, analytics, data governance, reporting, cloud, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Align technology investment with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.

Stakeholders, governance, and change

• Act as the primary interface between senior business stakeholders and technology teams; collaborate across Audit, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
• Report programme updates, risks, achievements, and recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees; manage expectations and communications.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; uphold governance, regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Manage change control and decision-making; develop change and stakeholder engagement strategies and drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and data capabilities.

Financial and resource management

• Manage programme budgets, forecasts, vendor engagement, and resource allocation; coordinate internal teams, consultants, and third-party partners.
• Track programme benefits, KPIs, and return on investment; promote continuous improvement and innovation across delivery teams.

Required experience

• 10+ years of programme and project management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology and data transformation programmes; strong knowledge of enterprise technology, data management, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Experience managing programmes across Finance, Audit, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.
• Experience in highly regulated industries; financial services or banking experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of programme governance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk management; experience with senior executive stakeholders and steering committees.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent programme management certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise data, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives; knowledge of data governance, AI, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting technologies.
