Lead strategic technology and data initiatives across corporate functions, aligning programmes with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and transformation goals.

Programme delivery and transformation
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data transformation programmes; maintain roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting structures; ensure timely delivery, quality, governance, and compliance.
- Drive enterprise data platform, analytics, data governance, and reporting initiatives; support data architecture, cloud, automation, and digital transformation.
- Align technology investments with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.
Stakeholders, governance, and resources
- Act as the primary interface between senior business stakeholders and technology teams; present updates, risks, achievements, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies; monitor controls, audit requirements, regulatory frameworks, and project management standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor engagement, resource allocation, benefits, KPIs, and return on investment.
- Develop change and stakeholder-engagement strategies, drive adoption, and promote continuous improvement.
Required experience and skills
- 10+ years of programme and project management experience in large enterprise environments.
- Proven delivery of complex technology and data transformation programmes; strong understanding of enterprise technology, data management, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Experience spanning multiple business functions and highly regulated industries; financial services or banking experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of programme governance, budgeting, vendor management, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Required skills include programme management, enterprise technology delivery, data transformation, IT governance, change management, Agile and Waterfall, stakeholder management, risk management, executive reporting, and resource planning.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent programme management certification is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise data, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation and knowledge of data governance, AI, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting are preferred.
Contract
- Contract duration is 12 months, extendable.
