Role overview

Programme leadership and delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data transformation programmes.
• Maintain programme roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Ensure timely delivery with quality, governance, and compliance standards.
• Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting structures.

Data, technology, and stakeholders

• Drive initiatives across enterprise data platforms, analytics, data governance, and reporting.
• Partner with technology leaders on cross-functional transformation and align investments with business priorities and enterprise architecture.
• Act as the primary interface between senior business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Present updates, risks, achievements, and recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees.

Governance, resources, and change

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies and maintain regulatory and internal-control compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, vendors, resource allocation, programme benefits, KPIs, and return on investment.
• Develop change and stakeholder engagement strategies and drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and data capabilities.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation across delivery teams.

Required experience and skills

• 10+ years of programme and project management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of complex technology and data transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, data management, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Experience spanning Finance, Audit, Marketing, Operations, and Technology functions.
• Experience in highly regulated industries; financial services or banking is preferred.
• Knowledge of governance, budgeting, vendor management, risk management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Required skills include programme management, enterprise technology delivery, data strategy, IT governance, change management, financial management, Agile and Waterfall, stakeholder management, risk management, vendor management, executive reporting, and resource planning.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent programme management certification is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise data, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation is preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance, AI, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting technologies is preferred.
