Role overview

Programme leadership and transformation

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data transformation programmes; manage objectives, quality, governance, and compliance.
• Maintain roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource plans; establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting structures.
• Drive initiatives across enterprise data platforms, analytics, data governance, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with technology leaders on cross-functional transformation, modern data architectures, cloud, automation, and digital initiatives; align investments with business priorities and architecture standards.

Stakeholders, governance, and resources

• Act as primary interface between senior business stakeholders and technology teams across Audit, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
• Present updates, risks, achievements, and recommendations to executives and steering committees; manage programme communications.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain regulatory, governance, internal-control, audit, and project-management compliance.
• Manage change control, budgets, forecasts, vendors, and resource allocation across employees, consultants, and third-party partners.
• Track benefits, KPIs, and return on investment; develop change and engagement strategies and drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and data capabilities.

Required experience

• 10+ years of programme and project management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of complex technology and data transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, data management, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Experience managing programmes across multiple business functions, including Finance, Audit, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.
• Demonstrated work in highly regulated industries; financial services or banking is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of programme governance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk management; experience with senior executives and steering committees.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent programme management certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise data, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of data governance, AI, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting technologies.
