Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Define program requirements and critical milestones based on customer needs.
• Drive multiple time-sensitive actions across teams and maintain trackers for progress updates.
• Coordinate end-to-end launch tasks and solve problems in an ambiguous, changing environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and present projects to senior leadership.
• Gather and analyze launch performance data and develop initiatives supporting expansion.
• Scope projects, create plans and processes, mitigate schedule risks, and drive execution.
• Communicate status, risks, and process or product changes to senior management.

Basic qualifications

• At least 4 years of program or project management experience and 4 years of fulfillment center operations experience.
• At least 3 years working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• At least 3 years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree and bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Literacy in fulfillment center layout and design.

Preferred qualifications

• At least 3 years driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• At least 3 years driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with stakeholders at varied organizational levels.
• Experience building processes, managing projects, and developing schedules.
