Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports; conduct risk analysis and monitor progress against milestones and budgets.
• Guide project teams to minimize turnover and downtime, and analyze and document requirements with organizational users.
• Coordinate Dynamics teams, business units, and vendors to deliver objectives and measures on time and within budget.
• Work toward integration between Dynamics modules and automate data processing.
• Manage vendor task integration and review vendor deliverables.
• Recommend operational strategies, communicate strategic matters to executive leadership, and guide projects through implementation while measuring results.

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of business analyst or project manager experience focused on large-scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations.
• Integrated ERP deployment experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, or CRM experience is preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and program management across multiple workstreams or departments.
• Experience in consulting or a similar fast-paced industry.
• Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, exceptional communication, and knowledge of change and problem management.
• Ability to anticipate risks, build stakeholder trust, work collaboratively, and lead complex IT projects.

Preferred certifications

• PMP Certification, Certified Scrum Master, or SAFe Certification are considered extra qualifications.

Compensation

• Expected salary range is CAD 108,500 to CAD 142,485 per year, plus a variable incentive plan.
