The Junior Inside Sales Specialist supports Cisco sales and procurement across Long View.
The role is based out of the Calgary office.
Responsibilities
- Support customers through Cisco quotations, renewals, ordering, and delivery.
- Provide accurate product, pricing, availability, licensing, and delivery information.
- Coordinate with clients, Account Managers, Digital Architects, Cisco, and distribution partners.
- Create and follow up on quotations, renewals, contracts, subscriptions, and orders.
- Procure Cisco products and services through authorized channels and maintain accurate system records.
- Escalate complex matters and support audits, compliance activities, and Cisco programs.
- Contribute to team initiatives and other assigned priorities.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related inside sales or procurement experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, communication, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and resolve client and operational issues.
- A proactive approach and ability to multitask.
Assets
- Post-secondary education in procurement or a related field is an asset.
- Experience with Cisco tools is an asset.
