Responsibilities
- Build client relationships and assess people, process, and business impacts of technology changes.
- Gather insights through interviews, workshops, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments; develop comprehensive change plans.
- Coordinate governance, communications, role-based training, adoption, and ongoing support with client and technical teams.
- Create communications, learning materials, adoption resources, and end-user enablement tools; facilitate workshops and training.
- Track adoption measures and feedback, recommend improvements, and coordinate deliverables across client engagements.
- Contribute to the OCM Community of Practice, organizational initiatives, and compliance programs.
What you bring
- At least 2 years of experience in organizational change, technology adoption, training, communications, business analysis, project delivery, customer success, or a related discipline.
- Client or stakeholder-facing experience in consulting, project delivery, customer success, or advisory work.
- Experience supporting technology implementations or adoption initiatives; Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, or SharePoint exposure is an asset.
- Ability to gather requirements, assess impacts across user groups, and develop clear communications, training materials, or adoption resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, prioritization, and delivery skills.
Additional assets
- Prosci, Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist, instructional design/trainer, Microsoft platform, ITIL, SAP, or Google certification is an asset.
- Training-resource development experience and background in business analysis, project coordination, customer success, communications, or learning and development are assets.
