Program Manager
to join our organization.
This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of multiple strategic projects for a key client, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and delivery excellence.
Role Summary
The Program Manager will lead end-to-end program execution, overseeing scope definition, planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery performance.
The role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on management across complex, multi-project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a major client portfolio
- Define scope, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, reporting, and performance tracking
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment with solution architecture
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Oversee resource planning, effort estimation, and delivery assurance
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalation processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (master’s preferred)
- PMP or Pg MP certification is required; Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in project/program management, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, multi-project programs within enterprise or higher education environments
- Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
- Experience with digital platforms, API integrations, data analytics, and emerging technologies (AI/ML exposure is a plus)
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of application architecture and integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and modern delivery tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
