We’re Hiring: Sales Account Manager – Continuing Education (UAE National)

Ankabut is expanding its Continuing Education portfolio, and we are looking for a

Sales Account Manager

who will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and strengthening long-term partnerships across the education ecosystem.

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.

New Business Development

  • Prospect and acquire new customers across the Continuing Education sector.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue goals.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand customer needs and propose solutions.

Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Position Ankabut as a trusted partner through value-driven engagement.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with solutions, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Provide regular reports on account progress and opportunities.

For Expats

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology sales within continuing education.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

For UAE Nationals

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
