- This role works during 3rd shift, with around 20 - 25 direct reports.
- Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Associate's degree and/or equivalent education/experience
- Must be technologically savvy
- Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
- Willingness to continue education to complete degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Lean and 5S experience
- CNC machining and assembly experience
