Production Operator

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Receive and prepare raw materials; carry out paint mixing, milling, and filling.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Handle raw materials, finished goods, and hazardous substances safely.
• Operate mixers, grinders, mills, and filling equipment; adjust machine settings to maintain product quality.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations.
• Maintain production records and batch documentation.
• Clean equipment and work areas to prevent contamination.
• Support waste segregation, disposal, and solvent usage tracking.
• Follow HSE policies and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with operators, QC, and supervisors to support smooth operations.

Expected qualifications

• SSC/SSLC qualification is mandatory.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Paint manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Basic operational and quality awareness.
• Effective communication and coordination; able to work independently and with a team.
• Safety-conscious, quality-focused, reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• English proficiency is a plus; forklift driving knowledge is an advantage.
