Production Coordinator role leading wood flooring production and product application.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production staff, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
- Oversee application of lacquers, oils, waxes, and other wood flooring products to maintain consistent quality.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Ensure health and safety compliance in the production environment.
- Coordinate with supply chain, quality control, and other departments.
- Record production output, material usage, and downtime accurately.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 1 year of Production Coordinator experience and 1 year of wood flooring experience.
- Production Supervisor or similar experience in the wood flooring industry.
- Expertise in lacquers, oils, waxes, and other wood flooring products.
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with wood flooring production equipment and machinery is listed as a qualification.
