Commercial Sales Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information.
• Ensure sales-related equipment and materials are adequate.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data electronically and present reports.
• Process orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor team progress and follow up on live quotations.
• Assist with tender documents and proposals.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Previous experience in an interiors, fit-out, flooring, or building materials trading company within the GCC.
• Flooring or interiors industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and site plans.
• Experience preparing project and tender submittals, quotations, and sales documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP software; good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
