Coordinate flooring installation activities from scheduling through completion, ensuring work meets quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, site teams, and internal departments.
Project coordination
- Schedule daily installation activities across multiple sites and review project plans, work orders, and required materials.
- Coordinate material delivery with warehouse and logistics teams, monitor progress, and address on-site issues with supervisors.
Client and internal communication
- Provide clients with installation schedule updates and handle concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate approved project handovers with estimation, sales, and customer service teams.
Quality and compliance
- Ensure installation work meets company quality standards and project specifications.
- Verify timely completion and approval of Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
Documentation and team coordination
- Maintain records of daily installations, completed areas, and outstanding work; update system progress and close FOC or sales-order tickets on time.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to management.
- Coordinate workforce allocation with supervisors, site foremen, and subcontractors, and support new team member training when required.
Qualifications and skills
- At least two years of experience in flooring or construction project coordination.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to manage several projects under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking software; ERP or installation management system experience is preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods is an advantage.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,001–4,500 per month.
