The Assistant Production Supervisor supports the Production Manager in daily operations in the printing and packaging industry.
The role focuses on production management, quality standards, and timely completion of jobs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing printing and packaging activities.
- Conduct quality-control checks and reduce production rejections.
- Coordinate sales and production teams to align schedules with client requirements.
- Plan and supervise daily production activities and timely job completion.
- Manage and supervise a production team of 20 or more employees.
Required skills and experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of offset and digital printing machinery, including troubleshooting and operation.
- Experience in production planning and quality control.
- Leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience in manufacturing.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Male candidates are preferred.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month, with overtime.
- Accommodation, transportation, visa, insurance, and an air ticket are listed.
