Proactive, results-driven Digital Large Format Coordinator role involving business development, client relationships, and large-format project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer requirements with the digital large-format production team to support smooth project execution.
- Advise on materials, print methods, finishing, dimensions, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate cost estimates, quotations, and pricing proposals.
- Build client and prospect relationships, understand needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on materials, pricing, and project requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify opportunities and recommend products.
- Maintain sales records, analyze opportunities, and prepare sales and performance reports.
- Conduct client visits and meetings to present products and develop long-term business relationships.
- Generate sales for large-format printing, signage, and advertising products, including vehicle branding, car wrapping, vinyl stickers, wall graphics, acrylic products, and advertising materials.
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience in large-format printing, signage, acrylic products, advertising, or event-related sales is preferred.
- Strong business-development, negotiation, and client-relationship-management skills.
- Coordination and communication skills for working with production teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month; the salary field also lists AED 3,000 per month.

Work location
- Work location is in person; the role includes client visits and meetings.
