Coordinate advertising, signage, and printing projects from client brief and technical planning through production, installation, and final delivery.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project requirements, specifications, materials, fabrication, printing, and installation needs.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met.
- Coordinate design, printing, fabrication, and installation teams against approved specifications.
- Visit sites, assess requirements, take measurements, and coordinate site-specific technical details.
- Coordinate estimates, material requirements, and quotations with relevant teams.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams to ensure materials and activities are timely.
- Monitor schedules and progress, and follow up with teams to meet deadlines.
- Check completed work against approved designs and specifications and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain project records, schedules, site measurements, approvals, and progress reports.
Qualifications and requirements
- Two to five years of project coordination experience in advertising, signage, or printing.
- Good understanding of signage fabrication, printing processes, materials, finishing, and installation requirements.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations across the UAE.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
- Benefits listed include transportation, visa and insurance, and an air ticket.

- Work location is in person, with site visits and travel to project locations across the UAE.
