Product Sales Coordinator

Position Overview
KGL Products LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and product distribution activities in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate reporting, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to track product availability and shipments
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases
- Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and product presentations
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, product inquiries, and after-sales support
- Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or replenishment needs
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches as required
- Ensure compliance with company sales procedures and documentation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
