Retail Banking Sales Officer-Multi Product Sales

Overview

Responsibilities

• Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
• Present and sell Personal loan and all other Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
• Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.

Requirements

• **Minimum one year experience of Personal Loan/ Credit Card Sales in the UAE/ Home Country.**
• Ability to identify potential Customers
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

Skill Set

• Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products, Policies, and Processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strict adherence of Bank compliance

Experience

• Banking Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
