Sales Manager – Security Operations (SecOps)

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Our client is a value-added IT distributor (VAD) that supplies cybersecurity solutions across the Middle East (GCC region).

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a revenue-focused Product Sales Manager to drive growth across our Cybersecurity portfolio in the GCC. This is a front-line, sales-oriented role requiring strong relationships across both partners and end customers, with a clear focus on pipeline creation and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue targets, pipeline generation, and market expansion across the GCC
  • Drive go-to-market execution for Cybersecurity solutions
  • Leverage existing relationships with channel partners (resellers, SIs) to accelerate business
  • Engage directly with key customers to identify opportunities, position solutions, and support closures
  • Build and execute joint plans with vendors and partners to drive demand and win deals
  • Support deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations to maximize conversions
  • Enable partners through trainings, account planning, and ongoing engagement
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales / product management within distribution or vendor ecosystem
  • Strong domain knowledge in Cloud Security, and/or Application Security
  • Established network of partners and customer relationships across the GCC
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and closing deals through channel and direct engagement
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Coachable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
