Role Description
The Product Owner at TestCrew will lead the vision, roadmap, and backlog for quality engineering and digital assurance products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
This full-time, on-site role in Jeddah involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development teams.
The Product Owner will work with engineers, testers, and business analysts to guide releases, refine product features, and monitor performance against key metrics.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, validating solutions with customers, managing product documentation, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across product lifecycle.
The role also requires active participation in agile ceremonies, cross-functional planning, and communication of product status and outcomes to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Management skills, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based product decisions.
- Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into actionable user stories.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders and effective documentation.
- Understanding of Software Development processes, agile methodologies, and collaboration with engineering and QA teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in technology, software testing, or quality engineering environments.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and common tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-impact environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Professional certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or similar are advantageous
