Product Manager - Security Services

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own product creation and updates; translate customer and business needs into testable requirements and use cases for engineering and implementation teams.
• Contribute to business cases, pricing inputs, ROI, business-impact, and cost-benefit analysis for products and projects such as SIEM migration.
• Evaluate vendors and products and support business calculations for new and existing products.
• Coordinate development and launch activities, including technical teams, testing, documentation, and go-to-market preparation.
• Monitor performance and feedback to identify product enhancements, optimizations, and fixes aligned with the roadmap.
• Collaborate with security operations, engineering, business units, and sales on product requirements and priorities.
• Participate in events, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote products.
• Assess how product changes and initiatives affect revenue, cost, and risk.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in business administration and/or relevant certifications are preferred, including CISSP, CCSK, CISM, cloud security, or Product Management certifications.
• 10+ years of total professional experience with strong B2B and/or SaaS exposure; 6–8 years in technology and/or cybersecurity roles and 5–7 years in product management or product owner roles.
• Track record owning PRDs, driving roadmaps, and delivering enterprise or B2B product launches and enhancements.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating PRDs, managing backlogs, product discovery, cross-functional product decisions, and go-to-market activities.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, controls, and common products; ability to write testable requirements and user stories.
• Experience with product-level business cases, pricing, ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and financial modelling.
• Skilled in agile or hybrid delivery models and collaboration with engineering and security teams.

Tools and languages

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and common collaboration or product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalents is an added advantage.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
