Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a blockchain detection and prevention capability serving the Security Operations Centre.

The capability should improve time to detect and respond while keeping false positives under control and meeting reliability and resiliency expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SOC-focused blockchain detection and prevention.
- Discover SOC analyst and incident responder workflows, pain points, alert usability, escalation paths, and runbooks.
- Own detection use cases, requirements, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and prioritization tradeoffs.
- Partner with engineering and threat teams on signal ingestion, enrichment, alerting, triage experience, and response automation.
- Track detection precision, false positives, coverage, latency, detection and response times, alert volume, and reliability; drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare launches with documentation, training, operational handoffs, and SOC feedback loops.
Required qualifications
- Product management experience delivering security detections, SOC tooling, or data and analytics products.
- Strong understanding of SOC operations, including alert lifecycle, triage, escalations, and incident response.
- Background in blockchain fundamentals and common threat patterns or abuse cases.
- Ability to use data to prioritize, measure detection efficacy, and manage false positives.
Preferred experience
- Experience with SIEM/SOAR and detection engineering programs is preferred.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization is preferred.
