Role overview
Develop, implement, and maintain high-frequency trading platforms in the TradeNet product family.
Ensure integration with global financial markets and maintain system stability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead deployment and configuration of TradeNet modules, including OEMS, Data Streamer, and Middle & Back Office.
- Design and build scalable full-stack features using Node.js and React.js.
- Manage and optimize FIX protocol integrations and direct market access links.
- Tune for ultra-low latency, high-volume transactions, and real-time data streaming.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and QA on front-to-back trade lifecycle requirements.
- Investigate issues, determine root causes, and deliver long-term stability fixes.
Technical skills and qualifications
- Hands-on TradeNet experience is mandatory, along with trading-platform experience.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Java.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL or PostgreSQL; experience with Apache ActiveMQ, Kafka, or JBoss.
- Strong understanding of FIX Protocol, SWIFT integration, and STP.
- Solid knowledge of equities, derivatives, and global wealth management flows.
- B.E., B.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred skills
- Financial markets certification such as NCFM or equivalent is preferred.
- Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
- Cloud-native engineering exposure (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipeline experience are preferred.
