Job Description: Procurement Specialist (Oil & Gas)
Roman Gate Enterprises is actively seeking a **Procurement Specialist (Oil & Gas)** to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
This role plays a critical part in managing the procurement process for our oil and gas projects, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and purchasing of goods and services.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and high quality.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, coordinating with project teams to meet project needs.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitiveness and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, analyzing data to forecast future procurement needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information
- **Salary**: QAR 70 - QAR 120 per hour, based on experience.
- **Location**: 42 Commerce Road, Doha, Qatar.
