Job Summary
The **Senior Procurement Specialist** supports the Head of Category in executing category strategies, leading complex sourcing activities, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and value creation across assigned categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities including RFQs, tenders, and supplier negotiations
- Support development and execution of category strategies
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and integrated management systems
- Track KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance
- Drive continuous improvement through digital tools, AI, and automation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and present category performance to management
- Mentor junior staff and support national talent development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Business / Engineering or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
- CIPS / CPSM certification is an advantage
- Experience in complex sourcing and contract management
