About This Role

Job Overview

KWMCS Ventures is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist (Oil & Gas) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for oil and gas projects, ensuring that we obtain materials and services efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for sourcing materials and services in the oil and gas sector.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify procurement needs and specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to achieve the best possible terms.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and records for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3* years* experience in procurement within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Salary

  • Hourly Rate: QAR 90 - QAR 160, based on qualifications and experience.
