About This Role

1. Procurement Specialist

  • Focus: sourcing goods/services, negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts
  • Key skills: vendor management, negotiation, cost control, supply chain knowledge
  • Goal: ensure the company gets the best value and reliable supply

2. Accountant

  • Focus: financial records, reporting, compliance, budgeting
  • Key skills: bookkeeping, financial analysis, tax/regulation knowledge
  • Goal: maintain accurate financial data and ensure legal compliance

3. Purchase (Purchasing Officer / Buyer)

  • Focus: executing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, coordinating with vendors
  • Key skills: order processing, communication, inventory awareness
  • Goal: ensure timely and accurate procurement transactions
  • Supplier sourcing & purchase orders
  • Invoice verification and payments
  • Budget tracking and cost reporting
  • Good negotiation and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in a similar hybrid role
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Arabic-speaking candidate
