We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in joinery and interior fit-out projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support project execution while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

· Source and procure joinery, fit-out, hardware, and finishing materials.

· Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers.

· Prepare cost comparison sheets and recommend the best supplier.

· Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

· Issue Purchase Orders (PO/LPO) and monitor order status.

· Coordinate with the Estimation, Production, and Project teams regarding material requirements.

· Track deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time to avoid project delays.

· Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.

· Maintain supplier database and procurement records.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store department.

· Ensure procurement complies with company policies and approved budgets.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

· Resolve supplier-related issues such as shortages, delays, or quality concerns.

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement, preferably in joinery/interior fit-out.

· Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, veneers, laminates, MDF, plywood, solid wood, glass, and accessories.

· Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of UAE supplier and subcontractor network.

· Experience in cost control and value engineering.

· Ability to read BOQs and technical drawings.

· Familiarity with procurement for MEP and interior finishes is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
