We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, equipment, and operational supplies
- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries
- Ensure cost control and quality standards are maintained
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with restaurant operations
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–4 years of procurement experience (hospitality/F&B preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of UAE supplier market
- Proficient in MS Office
