Assist procurement manager with the buying process, including creating purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and verifying shipment timeline

Source, select, and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers.

Arranging of submittals based on specification and site requirements using strategic procurement.

The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, manage supplier relationships, and maintain accurate procurement records to support operational needs.
