Position Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Officer with 3–4 years of experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry to manage procurement activities related to MEP materials, consumables, services, and subcontractors. The candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for FM operations (MEP materials, spare parts, consumables, services).
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best prices and terms.
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and store teams for material planning and deliveries.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier agreements, and invoices.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Support cost control initiatives and budget compliance.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid operational disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in Facilities Management or FM services.
• Strong knowledge of FM materials, MEP items, and service procurement.
• Experience working with UAE suppliers and local market.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); ERP/SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in UAE-based FM companies.
• Immediate or short notice availability.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
