About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and highly experienced Procurement Manager with in-depth expertise in the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will lead all procurement activities with a strong focus on local sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.

This role requires a professional with a proven track record of managing purchasing operations, negotiating with local vendors, and ensuring timely availability of materials while maintaining quality and budget standards. Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all purchasing activities within the Qatar market
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable local suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to support operations
• Monitor local market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Implement cost control measures and identify savings opportunities
• Oversee purchase orders, approvals, and procurement documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations
• Coordinate closely with finance, warehouse, and operations teams
• Manage inventory levels effectively
• Prepare detailed procurement reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Lead and guide the purchasing team to ensure high performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of proven purchasing experience in Qatar
• Strong knowledge of the local supplier network
• Proven ability in negotiation, vendor management, and cost control
• Experience handling procurement operations independently
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
