We are looking for a **Senior Procurement Manager (m/f/d)** who can take full ownership of our procurement strategy and supplier ecosystem.

You will lead a small, high-performing team while working closely with operations, finance, and executive leadership to ensure seamless supply chain performance.

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring cost efficiency and supply continuity.

Build, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and long-term agreements.

Oversee the full procurement cycle from demand planning and sourcing to contract management and delivery tracking.

Lead and mentor procurement staff, set performance goals, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Risk and Compliance:

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements while proactively managing supply risks.

Work closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to align procurement plans with production and business needs.

8+ years in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role.

Strong background in manufacturing, industrial, or plastics-related procurement environments.

Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and data analysis tools.

Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and deliver measurable cost savings.

English (professional level) is required; Arabic is a plus.

You are analytical and results-driven.

You know how to balance cost, quality, and timelines while making strategic decisions under pressure.
