We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our procurement strategy and supplier ecosystem. You are not just placing orders; you are optimizing value, mitigating risks, and building long-term partnerships. You will lead a small, high-performing team while working closely with operations, finance, and executive leadership to ensure seamless supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy Ownership:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring cost efficiency and supply continuity.

Supplier Management:
Build, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and long-term agreements.

End-to-End Procurement:
Oversee the full procurement cycle from demand planning and sourcing to contract management and delivery tracking.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor procurement staff, set performance goals, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Risk and Compliance:
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements while proactively managing supply risks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to align procurement plans with production and business needs.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
8+ years in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong background in manufacturing, industrial, or plastics-related procurement environments.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and data analysis tools.

Negotiation Skills:
Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and deliver measurable cost savings.

Language Skills:
English (professional level) is required; Arabic is a plus.

Mindset:
You are analytical and results-driven. You know how to balance cost, quality, and timelines while making strategic decisions under pressure.
