About This Role
Job Summary
Royal Blinds is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and purchasing of materials required for blinds, curtains, and related products. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, cost control, and timely procurement to support smooth production and installation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure fabrics, accessories, and hardware for blinds and curtain production
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier networks
- Compare quotations and ensure quality, pricing, and delivery terms meet company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales teams to forecast requirements
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing (experience in blinds, curtains, or interior materials preferred)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of fabrics, accessories, and sourcing processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
