Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of materials for interior fit-out and construction projects
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and finalize vendors
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedule
- Maintain supplier database and pricing records
- Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and accounts
- Monitor inventory and control material costs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of **interior fit-out or high-rise building projects**
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiar with local market suppliers and pricing
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a **maximum 15 days notice period preferred**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
