Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative & Procurement Executive to support daily office operations, purchasing activities, documentation, and coordination with suppliers, staff, and clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing
- Prepare and issue LPOs (Local Purchase Orders).
- Compare supplier quotations and market prices with previous purchase records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and required documents.
- Maintain purchasing records and supplier database.
Administration
- Prepare letters, correspondence, and official documents.
- Assist with company portal registrations and renewals.
- Follow up on guarantee letters, renewals, and related documentation.
- Maintain filing systems and company records.
Accounts & Reporting
- Prepare reports related to tax invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with accounts department for documentation and approvals.
HR Support
- Assist with recruitment activities, CV screening, interviewing , and candidate coordination.
- Support employee documentation and general HR administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in admin / procurement / office coordination roles.
- Good knowledge of LPO process, supplier coordination, and documentation.
- Familiar with MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience in contracting / construction company.
- Familiarity with UAE company portals and renewals.
- familiarity with ISO renewal
