About This Role

Job Purpose

To manage procurement and subcontracting processes for facilities services, ensuring efficient, high-quality execution of services in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW), while achieving optimal cost efficiency and full compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontracting processes for facilities services based on the company's operational needs.
  • Execute procurement activities for facilities services (maintenance, cleaning, security, and operations).
  • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) for subcontractors and service providers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors according to company standards.
  • Analyze and compare bids in terms of price, quality, experience, and Scope of Work.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best commercial and contractual terms.
  • Prepare and review subcontract agreements and ensure a clear Scope of Work (SOW).
  • Monitor contract execution and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with operational departments (operations, housing, maintenance) to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and payment certificates until final closure.
  • Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Resolve operational and contractual issues with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare periodic reports on supplier performance and service quality.
  • Maintain and update supplier and contract databases regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement or contract management, preferably in subcontracting or facilities services.
  • Strong knowledge of subcontractor management.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of the Scope of Work (SOW) and operational contracts.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make operational decisions.
  • Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
