Process activities related to client benefit plans configured in organizational tools.
Perform SOP-driven transaction-processing work accurately and consistently while meeting internal and client service-level agreements.
Develop understanding of client plan provisions and respond to client requirements in a timely manner.
Key Expectations
- Deliver high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness for assigned tasks.
- Meet or exceed client service-level agreements.
- Follow SOPs, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain ownership and accountability for end-to-end task delivery.
- Participate in daily huddles, status meetings, and team discussions.
- Maintain updated SOPs and documentation and meet performance metrics.
Required Skills

- Analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transaction-based processing.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional CS, Technology, and Shared Services teams.
