Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand technical requirements and guide analysis activities.
• Define and execute integrated system and testing strategies.
• Perform high-level gap and impact analysis and delegate detailed analysis where appropriate.
• Oversee data conversion, interface strategy, and Shared Services integration.
• Maintain regression test plans and integrate test execution with quality activities.
• Lead deployments, production stabilization, and system abend monitoring.
• Drive technical documentation, gap analysis, and transition artifacts.
• Coordinate workload, address unplanned work, and meet delivery commitments.

Education and Experience

• B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering, or MCA, is mandatory.
• Experience with Alight, Aon, or Wipro is an added advantage.
• Health or Retirement domain experience is preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing software solutions is requested.
• Strong project management experience is requested.
