The Process Engineering Lead owns process modelling standards and quality across the team's deliverables.
The posting describes the position as UAE based, contract, and full time.
What you'll do
- Set BPMN 2.0 modelling conventions, process levels, and coding schemes, and train the team.
- Model or review process maps from value chains through detailed procedures.
- Lead process discovery workshops and walkthroughs with process owners.
- Review procedure cards, SOPs, and RACI matrices for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Keep shared processes consistent across units and record gaps, overlaps, and handoff issues.
- Hand over editable source files in a standard tool.
What you need
- 10+ years in process management, process architecture, or business process improvement.
- At least three process documentation or BPM projects for government entities.
- Hands-on BPMN 2.0 using Visio, Bizagi, ARIS, Signavio, or an equivalent tool.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Additional advantages
- BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- Media, regulatory, or licensing sector experience is an advantage.
- Building a process architecture from scratch is an advantage.
