Lead end-to-end process reengineering across business and IT, bridging business functions with IT and ERP teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead process diagnostics, reengineering, simplification, and future-state process design across functions.
- Translate redesigned process requirements into system, configuration, and integration needs as the link between business functions and IT/ERP teams.
- Use ERP systems to eliminate redundancies, automate manual work, and improve end-to-end efficiency.
- Identify and implement Agentic AI and intelligent automation opportunities.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, and RACI models aligned with ERP capabilities, configurations, and data flows.
- Scope, prioritize, and validate ERP enhancements, integrations, and automations with IT teams.
- Plan and track workstreams, including scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
- Assess change impacts and readiness before rollout; track efficiency gains, cost savings, and automation benefits.
- Facilitate workshops to validate future-state processes, gather requirements, and build stakeholder consensus.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in business process reengineering, business analysis, or IT business partnering.
- Hands-on ERP experience, such as SAP S/4HANA, in process design or business-IT liaison work.
- Exposure to enterprise Agentic AI, RPA, or intelligent automation implementations.
- Experience in R&D, technology, innovation, government-linked entities, or matrix environments is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.
- Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMP, or SAP/ERP certification is an advantage.
