The Role
This role is based at Cundall’s Bengaluru office and supports construction projects in the MENA region and internationally.
The successful candidate will take a leading role in a team of engineers and technicians.
The position combines technical project delivery, client relationship development, team leadership, and commercial management.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of technically excellent and profitable structural engineering projects.
- Work with colleagues across disciplines on major construction projects.
- Develop client relationships, maximise satisfaction, and support repeat business.
- Manage, motivate, and develop less experienced engineers.
- Support resource planning, project costing, and profitable delivery.
- Coordinate project documentation using Revit and BIM 360.
- Develop creative and sustainable structural design solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 12+ years of structural engineering experience in a consultancy environment.
- Degree-level education in Structural Engineering.
- Chartered status is preferred, preferably with IStructE.
- Hands-on experience with ETABS, SAFE, Robot, Revit, and BIM 360.
- Experience designing with reinforced concrete and steel.
- Knowledge of ASCE, IBC, ACI, AISC, and Saudi Building codes.
- Experience with resource planning, project costing, and MS Office.
