Job Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, line-of-sight assessments, feasibility studies, radio/path planning, link budgeting, and network design for outdoor Wi-Fi, PTP/PTMP, licensed microwave, and E-band.
- Develop network architectures, BOQs, technical drawings, RFQ/RFP and tender responses, compliance statements, and commercially competitive proposals.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, Sales/BD teams, and wireless vendors to validate solutions, negotiate pricing, conduct demonstrations and proofs of concept, and support commercial closure.
- Act as wireless networking subject matter expert, review designs and proposals, support implementation and troubleshooting, and ensure compliance, performance, and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant wireless networking experience.
- Hands-on expertise in RF/path planning, site surveys, link budgets, and wireless design across PTP/PTMP, licensed microwave, and millimeter-wave/E-band technologies.
- Strong techno-commercial experience preparing BOQs, RFQs, RFPs, tender submissions, technical proposals, costing, and margin analysis; working knowledge of IP networking.
- Experience with Pathloss, LINKPlanner, or equivalent tools and equipment from named manufacturers or comparable brands.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
