Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored solutions based on our cybersecurity services and technology offerings.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for potential clients, showcasing the features, capabilities, and benefits of our solutions.
• Understand and articulate customer needs, pain points, and business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling proposals, including technical responses, cost estimates, and implementation plans, in collaboration with the sales team.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cybersecurity services and technology portfolio, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Commercial and Service Delivery, to provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to the enhancement of our solutions.
• Stay informed about competitive offerings, market trends, and industry best practices to effectively position our products and services.
• Assist in the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information), ensuring accurate and comprehensive responses.
• Engage in proof-of-concept (POC) activities, working closely with clients to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our solutions.
• Obtain and maintain relevant industry certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or similar credentials, to enhance professional expertise.
